Raw butter production line equipment

1. Baking and cooling machine
Peanuts are directly lifted by the elevator to the hopper of the baking and cooling machine. The feed hopper is equipped with a material equalizer to ensure uniform feeding of peanuts. Then the peanuts are evenly spread on the conveyor belt and transported to the baking and cooling machine for baking. The equipment has baking and cooling functions. The baking part adopts a hot air circulation system, with precise temperature control and uniform baking.
2. Peanut half-peanut peeling machine
The peanuts are lifted to the hopper of the peeling machine by the elevator, and the peanuts enter the peeling roller in an orderly manner through vibration drop. The peanut kernels and skins are completely separated after squeezing, and the skin suction device sucks away the red skin of the peanuts to achieve the purpose of peeling. The peanut germ is screened out by the screening mechanism. The half-peanut kernels are manually picked out of the bad peanuts through the picking belt to avoid affecting the flavor of the peanut butter.
3.Colloid mill
The peeled peanuts are lifted by the elevator to the hopper of the colloid mill. This is the key link in the production of peanut butter-grinding. The rotor rotates at high speed, quickly shears and grinds the peanuts, which can precipitate the oil molecules after baking.
4. Mixing tank
The peanut butter enters the buffer tank from the colloid mill and is transported to the mixing tank through a completely closed pipeline, where the peanut butter is stirred to make it more uniform.
5. Cooler
Filling peanut butter requires a suitable temperature. Therefore, the entire production line is equipped with a special peanut butter cooler. The ideal temperature required for filling can be achieved by completing the heat exchange through the counterflow of cooling water and the paste.
6. Degassing tank
The peanut butter is sent to the degassing tank for vacuum degassing to inhibit the oxidation of browning pigments, vitamins, aromatic components and other substances, and prevent the quality of the peanut butter from deteriorating. The delicate, smooth, mellow and rich peanut butter is ready.
