Working Principle:

The commercial maize milling machine operates at high speeds and features a closed soundproof structure in the powder collection chamber, effectively reducing operational noise. The machine is equipped with a cooling device to lower the machine temperature, ensuring stable operation. Constructed from stainless steel, it boasts strong wear and corrosion resistance, making it suitable
for processing corrosive materials.
This machine employs an impact crushing method. When material enters the grinding chamber, it is struck by high-speed rotating hammers and crushed through collisions with the toothed ring and other material. The pulverized material is then transported through sieve holes and collected in a powder bag with the help of airflow, leaving no residue behind.
