Working Principle of PE PP film recycling line

We offer different granulation solutions for different recycled materials. The processing methods for different plastic films vary slightly, but most require the following steps:

First, the collected plastic film needs to be crushed into small pieces using a plastic crusher and then thoroughly cleaned in a washing tank. Afterward, the wet plastic film will be lifted into the plastic granulator, melted into a paste, and then extruded from the granulator's die head as hot, long strips. Next, these strips will be cooled in a cold water tank, which lowers the temperature and hardens the plastic. The final step is to uniformly cut the plastic strips into small granules using a plastic pellet cutter. Finally, these recycled granules will be stored in a storage silo.
