The motor drives the main shaft through the gearbox, the main shaft drives the die plate to rotate, and the die plate drives the pressure roller to rotate. The feed raw materials are fed into the feeding chamber of the flat die machine, and the materials all fall on the die plate. The die plate brings the material under the pressure roller, the pressure roller continuously rolls through the material layer, and squeezes the material into the die hole. The cutter cuts the material to form pellets, and the scraping disc sends the pellets out.
