The spice grinding machine consists of a feed hopper, grinding chamber, and drive motor. Some models are equipped with a cyclone, discharge valve, bag house, and exhaust fan. Material is fed into the grinding chamber by gravity or a screw conveyor. Grinding is accomplished through strong impact and shearing between the high-speed rotor with movable cutters/knives and inner serrated liners. The particle size of the product is controlled by a screen installed in the crushing chamber, and the fineness of the output powder is adjusted by replacing the screen. The product is efficient and easy to operate, and is widely used for fine grinding of soft to medium-hard materials with high fiber content and low oil content in the food and chemical industries.
