Detailed Photos

1. Put the raw materials into the crusher. The crusher has single shaft, double shaft, and other types for customers' choice;

2. The material is sent to the cooking machine through screw conveyor, using steam/electric heating.

3. After the material is processed by screw pressing, dry it to finished product.

4. The fish oil will be separated from the liquid by centrifugation and the natural sedimentation method, and the soluble protein liquid is concentrated by vacuum and dried to high-quality fish meal.

5. The dried material is ground into powder by a mill;

6. At the same time, you can use a filter to make fine particles.
